How are tutors matched?
We consider the student's interests, current work, target courses, and the educational, professional, and teaching experience of each tutor. The aim is a strong intellectual and personal fit.
Are sessions online or in person?
Most tuition can take place online using video and a professional creative workspace. Availability for in-person tuition in London or Cardiff can be discussed when arranging support.
What happens in the first consultation?
We review the student's current position, interests, work, target universities, deadlines, and areas of concern. We then recommend a clear set of priorities and an appropriate level of support.
Can you create portfolio work for a student?
No. The work must remain the student's own. Tutors set briefs, ask questions, teach skills, critique work, and help students make stronger decisions while preserving authorship and academic integrity.
How much support is needed?
This depends on the starting point and deadline. Some students need a focused review or interview session; others benefit from a sustained programme covering projects, portfolio, writing, and interview preparation.
