We use personal information to respond to enquiries, recommend and deliver tuition, match students with tutors, manage bookings and payments, safeguard students, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the context, our lawful basis may be taking steps toward or performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, protecting vital interests, consent, or our legitimate interests in operating and improving an educational service. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing, international services, and retention

Information is shared only where needed with the student's tutor and trusted providers used for website hosting and forms, communications, payment, video calls, file sharing, or creative collaboration. Providers are expected to protect personal information and use it only for the agreed service.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we use providers and safeguards intended to protect that information. Records are kept only for as long as needed for tuition, safeguarding, accounting, legal, and legitimate operational purposes, then securely deleted or anonymised.

5. Children and student work

Where a student is under 18, we involve a parent or guardian in the tuition arrangement and explain information use in clear language. Student work, photographs, names, or testimonials are not published without appropriate permission.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer, or object to the use of your personal information, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. Contact us to make a request.
